CT just extended its free lunch program. The budget was done as post Covid. With surpluses we are getting tax breaks for the working classes. The wealthier are not getting tax cuts. Our governor gave the wealthy tax cuts a few years ago. There are a few loose ends and this one was decided for the students last week.
