Guys, do these duds say "rich guy"?

Most METARs probably hang out in the comfiest duds they can find and wear them until they fall apart. (Except Jeff, who really does dress with style.) But the fact is that the garment industry has Macro impact all over the world. The designs are aimed at the young adults in their 20s and 30s.

Here’s an article about new styles for rich guys. Sorry it’s probably behind a paywall.

What do you say, METARs? Do these designs say “rich guy” to you? I actually like the aqua suit with silk printed shirt on the guy wearing a hat.

Maybe the fashion industry can rise out of the ashes of Covid after all.

It’s hilarious. None of that stuff ever lasts for very long. Sure some people will run out to buy an orange suit, and they’ll wear it once or twice to impress/shock their friends or make a splash at the next party. Then it’ll go into the back of the closet never to be seen again.

I suppose buying clothes that one is only going to wear a couple of times implies “rich guy”.
