How to be helped to delete my yearly/monthly membership?

Hello. Yesterday I requested the yearly membership cancelation, at the end I found I had a monthly membership active ( maybe did I clicked the wrong button? I don’tknow) . I’ve already sent a message to the Support to ask if it’s possible to have my yearly (monthly?) subscription completely canceled.
Is there any way to be helped on this matter?
