My first thought, too, but reading the summary:

Critics point out there is nothing synthetic about lab-grown meat - it is made by growing natural cells.

That may not make a huge difference, though, since many people may not distinguish the difference between GMO and anything else lab-made even if the primary anti-GMO position was because of changes to the actual natural cell.

Those people are, by definition, anti-nature. Because it is natural for mutations to happen–and does so all the time.

It is not GMO. That means it is resistant to Glyphosate generally.

Not that I have any expertise.
