I posted some time ago about my young son with vested/vesting employee stock options from his Silicon Valley startup that’s going public.
He’s in New York City now, working remotely, and is looking for tax/professional help in the NYC area.
Does anyone out there happen to know of a firm that can handle and walk him through the process, managing the myriad of tax issues, and have him still breathing on the other side?
