The sanctions on the two banks may force a Russian business exodus from those banks. Making an example of what can happen. The expansion of that is simply a full closure of the US dollar exchange…next. The business class is going to truly hate Putin.
It was the Dutch during early empire days that power shared with the business class first in western history. This is very important in power dynamics. Xi is also walking/running into this power problem.
