My close cousins three families have older children living at home. Some have moved out only recently. My cousins had homes in their twenties unlike their kids.

For many student loans have to be part of the problem. But also not enough homes built. And sprawl around cities for affordable housing. But long expensive time consuming commute. Or work from home. Lonely. Absence of social connection.

An array of modern problems. Solutions?

Irish colleges are much less expensive. Most people live at home during their college years.
