did a trail ride yesterday on a curvy, fairly hill section of trail. It is the coolest feeling to cruise on a downhill, speed under control, and fly around the corners and curves. Can feel the torque.

Reminds me of my dad back in the 1956 frequently “borrowing” both my and my brother’s Schwinn bike tires to do all sorts of “hands on crash course” training when he was head of design for the Redstone Rocket and later missiles guidance system.
People are stunned when they first encounter such a seemingly strange force. Dad used to make his team run up spiral staircases and around obstacle courses while holding my high speed spinning tire.
