The states of California, Oregon and Washington are cooperating to form their own CDC to enforce vaccine mandates and other public health laws. Today Hawaii announced it was joining the effort.
It’s expected that the New England states, along with New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland will do the same, either by joining the West Coast group or forming their own.
This seems to be a replay of the famous “Kansas Mask experiment”
