I don’t see any news and after hours volume is super low. The $35 trades were like only a few hundred shares:

PRNewswire released news this evening that LGIH will join S&P Smallcap 600 after market close on 7/27. Replacing Krispy Kreme. Sorry couldn’t cut/paste. This could be the reason.
