This started with Qanon labeling all sorts of people as pedophiles. The crazies who do not have any real political ideas label all of the opposition as pedophiles.

This win will shut up a lot of that garbage in the fringe media.

While many libel/slander cases seem a little iffy or dancing around edges, occasionally there comes one that should be a slam dunk. Of course the trick isn’t in winning the case but collecting the damages.

Settling so the defendant saves on time and expenses is a good way to collect libelmoney (as in alimony, palimony) .
