Over 70% of people have streamed news updates throughout the pandemic.

In the past few months, Baby Boomers have watched or used online video 3.6 hours per day on average. Many have video chatted with friends and family (60%).

Video-based courses to learn new skills are the most popular for professional development.
People are increasingly using online video to connect with others and access important information from the government and public health entities.
