Google’s Street View is interesting. I led myself originally into Zillow to see if their Zestimate of our home had changed. It hadn’t as we’ve not sold since arriving here in 1974.
Anyway, Google’s Street view has earlier images of our home back to 2007, the old '95 Chevy in the driveway, still the cracked concrete driveway, tree in the back yard still healthy, now gone, the old roof, hedge in the front yard long gone, the tree (Creek Alder) was still tall, healthy, now it’s been topped, not doing so well… New roof, gutters, pavers, street repaved. Many home changes, paint inside, outside, new furnace & A/C, various remodels…
So their Zestimate is flying blind.
Looked at other homes of interest, family homes, and how they’ve also changed over the years… A chunk of history…
