LPG's Insiders Are Selling Their Shares

When insiders sell more shares than they buy, that is often a warning sign that the company isn’t doing well.

The shares sold don’t greatly outweigh the shares bought, which are numbers that are public information and information anyone can look up --and should look up-- if they are considering an investment in LPG.

Caveat Emptor!

I agree that insider sales are an important item to track. Thanks for offering an alternative opinion on LPG.

Cringy subject line – very surprised this behavior is okay.

In 2026,

  • One insider sold 25,000 shares of Dorian LPG (LPG). He still owns a lot more LPG shares
  • A significant shareholder (more than 10% owner) purchases 15,000 shares

A net 10,000 shares sold is an indicator that LPG is not doing well?
