Make coffee at home, INVEST in caffeine (CELH, SBUX)

To me the caffeine investment thesis is strong (~14% IRR) at today’s valuations ($CELH, $SBUX) :coffee::

Starbucks Corporation Live DCF Below (Elliot Management announced an activist stake today):

Celsius Holdings Live DCF Below(valuation fell to ~$12B today):

As always - read the underlying assumptions, think critically about what you disagree with (please share if you feel comfortable), and feel empowered to make your own investment decisions. :rowing_man:

Disclosure: Long Starbucks Corporation, Long Celsius Holdings

@SaulR80683 @PaulWBryant do I need special permissions to share this on Saul’s board? I saw the discussion on Celsius and was hoping I could share my model with the community!

You give no explanation of the charts and I’m afraid that the charts are meaningless without telling us what they mean. You are familiar with them and I’m afraid that you assume that we will figure them out easily, but I get nothing out of them. See if you can give a good explanation of what they mean and why you are long Celsius and Starbucks. If not, I’ll have to delete your post.

Thank you for the response @SaulR80683 !

Detailed assumptions are provided in the discounted cash flow models (links above). The screenshots above are the output, the assumptions are the inputs.

The assumptions found in the model cover: Revenue growth, Cost of Revenue growth, Operating Expense growth, CAPEX growth, share dilution/buy back, etc.

I am sharing free access to my models for Celsius Holdings & Starbucks Corporation. This empowers investors to analyze the forecast, think critically about the assumptions, and use the model as one data point to inform their outlook on the investment opportunity.

With Gratitude,
Cole
