The Previously Produced Fields (PPF) project involves an estimated investment of approximately 19 billion Norwegian kroner (around $2 billion or €1.8 billion). It includes 11 new wells and four subsea templates tied back to the existing Ekofisk infrastructure via a shared multiphase pipeline. I do not believe the production to start in 2028 statement with new offshore platforms!

What are the realistic years for the new offshore O&G fields to produce any product?

That does give them over two and a half years; perhaps it is related to the fact that the fields are being restarted. Any idea what “four subsea templates tied back to the existing Ekofisk infrastructure via a shared multiphase pipeline” means?
