Review all 11 plus XRT as the 12th. This group is perfect for Training exercises on how to use Simon Sez iii.

To review the list, it only takes a few minutes and done for the 10 am take ah substantial look see and then the 3:30 pm take ah substantial look see.

All pay nice dividends Quarterly usually the 3rd week of the month on the same day except the XRT. Pays the rent, car payments. Basically the car is FREE via Risk and Money Management skills.

Have been Swing Trading the above since 2006 a year before I got laid off.

Be advised there will be head fakes (minor losses)when trading them. eg -XRT 6/12/24. Take the minor loss and wait for the next buy signal. Remember

Investing is a Business and must be treated as such.

Do a walk through from the bottom left to the upper right using Simon Sez iii rules. Record the IN (out of the gate) and OUT (Finish Line).
Note the profits you have earned. Let’s assume for easy arithmetic you bought 100 shares them compound and compound the principal plus profits. How much was the car payment again.?
