First-hand observation: the traffic on US1 through the Keys is exceptionally light for this holiday weekend. I’m not sure what the vacancy rates in Key West look like. Maybe more people arrived by plane?
Up my way, there are vacancies everywhere, including the KOA.
This is not the normal Labor Day weekend crowd, for sure. But I’m not complaining, not at all.
Just thinking about what this might portend for Fantasy Fest in late October and then season which opens on Dec. 26, 2022.
