They also said that the Republicans should have gone to the center but instead they lurched right with Trump. Then Sarah said maybe they were right. You should have never lurched right.

That is not correct at all. Why do you think Sanders had over 30,000 people in Colorado. The blue collar workers are for unions. If a Democrat gets up like Biden, but say in their 40’s and shows strong support for unions like Biden did and put’s unionizing the country as part of their platform. They will capture most of the blue collar workers.

I think the tariffs appeal especially to union members and those in manufacturing in the US. Yes, the deep tax cuts are probably a concern to many but appeal to corporations and the wealthy.

Trump seems to have abandoned the traditional balance the budget and pay down the national debt, a traditional conservative Republican policy.

Few would call Trumps policies conservative. It will be interesting to see who is up next when Trumps term as leader of the Republicans goes away. In Missouri Freedom Caucus is very into tax cuts. Any opposed are Rino Republicans. Republicans in name only. Moving farther right. Abortion is the major issue for now. Surprise, no new gun rights this time.
