Anyone here ever set up a NIMCRUT?

Me? No. I am not an estate planner.
I knew what a CRUT is, but had to google NIMCRUT.
After a brief review, all I have to say is that a NIMCRUT (1) should not be DIY project, work with a good estate planner and tax expert, and (2)seems to be a highly specialized product designed to fit relatively narrow circumstances. (BWDIK?)
