Yes, I do represent that not all USAians are idiots, but with the proviso that USA has become so wako that I am (despite the anguish of my ancestors in heaven) near to gaining dual Mexican-USAian citizenship.
Incidentally, husband in his younger years also studied in Salamanca, some of the happiest days of his life, and perhaps his and your paths crossed. The two of us lived for five years in Mallorca, commuting often to Barcelona, where he did singing gigs and I did on line consulting. It Was (and still is) Wonderful.
