I like rosemary a lot, but nobody in my family likes it much, so we rarely cook with it. I used to make lamb with rosemary all the time.

My “news” feed is clogged with articles saying “fix your (whatever body function) with this one weird trick”, every day. They are as ubiquitous as media “severe weather” hysteria.

You then you can follow up the rosemary with parsley and sage and thyme…

Rosemary is next to godliness.
Do you smoke it? Or is it a suppository?
But not in that order, probably best to start with parsley, then sage, THEN rosemary, and at the end thyme.

I just put it in my Manhattans.
- 1 fresh rosemary sprig.
- 5 pitted and stemmed cherries.
- 2 oz. rye whiskey.
- 1 oz. sweet vermouth.
- 2 dashes bitters.
- Ice.
Alcohol is a great solvent.
