The Supreme Court, unfortunately, is less supportive of the EPA’s regulatory power: Its conservative supermajority limited the ways the EPA can curb carbon emissions from the electricity sector.

iirc, what the court said was that Congress had to explicitly give the EPA authority to regulate carbon emissions. Good luck getting that legislation past all the lobbyists and their shower of “protected free speech”.

The court made a stupid decision based on politics.

It has nothing to do with the Supremes being against EPA regs.

It has to do with the people doing their jobs by insisting Congress do its job.

Just playing dig bat over the climate going admin to admin or court to court is a worse waste of time. We get nowhere. We do not get what we want.

You are trying to inflate the number by counting babies, toddlers and adolescents which makeup 20% of the population.

331 x 0.8 x 0.28 = 74M adults who don’t want it.

331 x 0.8 x 0.62 = 164M adults who do want it.
