It is not just a difference of opinion, the judge is incredibly ignorant.

Therein lies the problem. The problem is one-sided. Judges were appointed based on a religious belief. They should be removed. This goes all the way up to the US Supreme Court.

Almost none of them will be removed.

It is a matter of frankness to combat it.

I have little doubt he is going to rule against. Prepare the appeal. (PS: He was appointed for life, and a certain contingent now goes judge-shopping for these controversial cases, knowing the results he will give them.)
