Purchase price is $46M in a cash and stock deal. Professional Power Products (PPPI) had sales of $40M and OI of $7.9M in 2013. PPPI designs, engineers, and manufactures electrical generation systems that use natural gas and diesel. Deal will be accretive to PSIX 2014 results.

PSIX acquires Professional Power Products

Thanks for finding this Chris. I missed it. I think PSIX is a great company. It’s stock price is currently high, but I hope it will grow into it fairly quickly.
