Qualcomm AI PCs seeing poor adoption

So with all the launch partners and all the hype, they achived less than 1% market share so far. I do see reports suggesting they may get to 5% next year. But for a while, at least, AMD and Intel seem to have that space to themselves, outside of Apple.

Interestingly, Lunar Lake was on a purely technical basis a solid counter to the Arm-based mobile chips, though Intel couldn’t make any money on them because among other things they blew the 40% discount with TSMC that was probably key to margins. Qualcomm may have sufferfed some “counter-marketing” effect from Lunar Lake that contributed to the slow launch.
