Restaurant owners need to pay a full minimum wage.
I get most restaurants do not make it. So what. Shafting people is not a right.
If a restaurant owner is paying people under the table they need to be shut down. Labor laws need to be a lot tougher on the owners. Prison time for paying people under the table would be a good idea as well.
What about the people that come across the border illegally and work at all the restaurants? You going to put all the restaurants out of business. Sheesh!! then you will be going after all those great farm jobs, you know, like picking lettuce that everyone is in line to do.
