I have owned ROIC for over 14 years. I am glad to be liberated from this mediocre investment.

Stuart Tanz does it again. Last time he sold his REIT (I forgot the name) at the peak of REIT market and here is getting out. It may not necessarily be peak, but the growth may be coming to slow down.
I have been out of REIT’s for sometime. I have few things I am owning for a long time and may be it is time to get rid of those. Luckily most of it is in IRA.

Stuart Tanz previously sold Pan Pacific Properties, a REIT he nurtured, back in 2006, as I recall. He sold that one to
Kimco Realty.
