If one has been involved with SeekingAlpha discussion boards, the name Brad Thomas (or iREIT) is a common name in the REIT space. iREIT is combining forces with another SA team, Hoya Capital, to offer subscribers ideas across the REIT and other yield-oriented sectors

Don’t know the track record of either team. But I do know Brad Thomas has written and published on REITs, and has also lectured on real estate finance at major universities.
