I was in my office yesterday. Loud banging noises. So, walked out and saw the building maintenance contractor and asked him what all the noise was about.
He showed me the plenum, this is an area big enough to walk in, like a small room. The damper in the ceiling had rusted out and had fallen to the floor.
Funny how if no one has ownership, buildings will be allowed to rot.
I would not invest in any old line business in the United States.
Certainly no telecoms.
