Reporting is that TCG will commute the sentences of everyone convicted of violent assault of police officers to time served, and pardon everyone else with charges like trespass or vandalism.
Interesting precedent this sets: mob violence instigated by a POTUS is OK.

Looks like the trumpster has learned from past experience to talk big but don’t try anything hard. This is mostly just symbolic stuff with no real impact on the lives of average Americans. I notice he isn’t promising anything truly impactful like replacing the ACA with something “really good” or passing an actual immigration policy.
