This was a multi-year pick, and TCBC was mentioned at least as recently as last October. I was buying shares a few weeks ago as the price had dropped and was slow to recover even though the company had announced a 10% buyback and it had surpassed the three-year moratorium on being acquired. In addition, it was recently trading well below tangible book value, meaning you were running low risk for an admittedly uncertain time frame for a buyout.
