For the BUT WAIT part, start watching around the 16 minute mark. Good that they included it, but they sure took their time getting there.

If you want bad news for Tesla tune in to Fred Lambert at Electrek

Google AI

Tesla Stock Divestment: Lambert sold all of his personal Tesla shares. He attributed his divestment to growing concerns over CEO Elon Musk’s political alignment, the polarizing leadership distractions, and perceived deterioration of the company’s core mission. [1, 2, 3].

Fred may be a little over the top these days, but isn’t the reality that he is just more honest these days?

He used to promote Tesla with absurd levels of bias. He’s much more balanced these days even while not being hesitant to note the flies buzzing around the excrement at times

What matters is knowing the presenter’s background and biases. I don’t trust people who decide investing based on personalities and politics. I would not call that honesty but opinion.

Sorry, I think most know how biased Fred used to be. He certainly has swung the other way but now is never hesitant to note Tesla positives. I am not a Fred fan, but I see great improvement now over the old Fred.

That’s good news but I didn’t know the old Fred.

What are some things Electrek has gotten factually incorrect in the last year or so and not subsequently corrected that Tesla investors should be aware of?

We want to be aware of bad information.
