Tesla prices going up due to tariffs. DOGeBOY not consulted

Gigapress casting is 80+% aluminum. Canada is main source, but also elsewhere. The US produces maybe 1% of the bauxite needed to be smelted into primary aluminum (preferred for major projects such as Tesla’s use).

Tesla rare earths come from China.

Maybe the “news” will replace that video of eggs being stolen in Washington, which they have been running every evening since the middle of last week, with video of someone stealing soda cans from a grocery store recycling department?

…do we hype today, what we hyped yesterday, or do we have a new hype to hype?

Nope. Recycled aluminum is not suitable for gigacasting. It must be non-recycled aluminum.
