This is Kimco, REIT, that I bought at the absolute bottom of the COVID. The dividend yield on original cost basis is 7.6%, even ignoring all the capital appreciation, some call options I sold that along with dividend have given me close to 8.5% return. Pretty decent. I rarely look at this stock, super low maintenance…
A good entry price, and lazy a$s… makes you look like a genius.
