Heard on radio no link and not seen here…
The Russian central bank is issuing 1 trillion Rubles. That is the equivalent of $10 billion. This is to fend off the default. It will further depreciate the Ruble.
My personal guess the money goes to pay the men in uniform and Russia defaults. But what do I know?
