The World Court has ordered Israel to prevent genocide

Again, you added the word “Genocide” to gin it up.
The Actual Quote [from the link]: In the Court’s view, at least some of the acts and omissions alleged by South Africa to have been committed by Israel in Gaza appear to be capable of falling within the provisions of the Convention.

Agreed. stick to the facts, and quit with the rhetorical nomenclature. The word genocide is a made-up word, half latin, half-greek. It was specifically “made up” to refer to the German approach to the Jews between 1934-46. Jews in Europe didn’t “do” anything to provoke selection for punishment. Genocide refers to the situation where the Jews were selected for extermination only on the fact that they were “JEWS”. Their identity alone and no actions on their behalf was the accusation for punishment. Germany had written legal policy to define the jew as guilty as charged by their identity alone.

Israel has no written policy to persecute Palestinians on the basis of their identity. On the other hand, Hamas has a written declaration of genocide of Jews in Israel and it was the basis of their platform in their democratic election, to which they were elected as the ruling government in Gaza by 72% of the vote. That same population continues to support thousand of rockets launched weekly at Tel Aviv, and the continued abuse of hundreds of Jewish hostages on the basis of their identity alone. No actions on their part led to the imprisonment. They were taken hostage in keeping with the Hamas Declaration of Genocide. In fact, there are two sides involved, and as African Union chair said Moussa Faki Mahamat calling for both sides to end hostilities is the solution.
