I would think that looking at the debt to equity ratio would be more important.

VW is listed twice as numbers 2 and 3.

I’d like to know what Saudi Aramco has in debt? The kingdom uses the company to leverage debt to pay their people.

As of December 2023, Saudi Arabia’s national government debt was $273.1 billion, which is an all-time high. This is compared to $264 billion in the previous year.

Yeah I saw that as well.

But I had said Aramco assets are used for Saudi government debt as leverage. I do not know how future sales of oil are used as collateral.
