Since my other thread didn’t mention those 4 companies in the subject line, I have added the link here since some folks might otherwise miss it.
The thread linked above includes my thoughts on the latest quarters from Ubiquiti Networks (UBNT), Celgene (CELG), iRobot (IRBT), and Sierra Wireless (SWIR).
Since I have just opened up some Celgene .pdfs for their last quarter, I’ll paste the links below and then throw out a quick 1YPEG that might be a little eye-catching.
Simply looking at Slide 12 from this first link, and using adjusted rather than GAAP EPS numbers as Saul often advocates and the present share price, I see EPS of $7.44 which was growth of 25% Y-o-Y. Today’s closing price was $91.51.
P/E - 91.51 divided by 7.44 = 12.3
EPS growth rate = 25%
1YPEG = 0.49
Guidance for 2018 is adjusted EPS of $8.70-8.90 on Slide 15.
