After years of supposed corrective actions, Boeing still can’t get a plane out the door on schedule.
According to Wiki the contract to modify two 74 whitetails, was let August 1, 2017. Keep in mind, whitetails, planes Boeing had already built, and could not sell.
They haven’t been delivered yet. Years more waiting. The Wiki article talks about some of the bungles in Boeing’s shop practices that have contributed to the delays. Now, the job has dragged on so long, some manufacturers of specified equipment have gone out of business.
I wonder if anyone will investigate whether the Executives and Board of Directors of Boeing are actually plants of a foreign intelligence service with a mission to sow incompetence and chaos at the firm?
For example, Nikki Haley was on the Board for a few years with no aerospace experience and apparently a checkered record in her chosen profession of accounting. What did she bring to the Board?
She was Gov of South Carolina. The plant that builds the 78, the one with quality control so bad the FAA took over the job of inspecting the construction of the planes itself, is in South Carolina. She is just as qualified as the retired military and civilian DoD officials that populate the Board of Boeing, and every other defense contractor.
Boeing got a clue somehow and the MBA in charge got set aside.
I honestly do not know how Boeing figured this all out. The average IQ of an MBA is only 85 when it comes to engineering or business.
