It is even worse in rural areas, and it is not only reproductive health. You are taking your life in your hands living in a rural area.

Texas leads the US in maternity ward closures, and nowhere is this more of an issue than in the western part of the state.

So Doctors are feeling threatened by the thought police, just like teachers who could be punished for saying anything about slavery, or racism, or genocide of Native Americans, or climate change.
