Well the US government has been actively supplying munitions since the previous administration.
The current administration knew of the planned Israeli attack upon Iran.
All the above is known by the world. Thus the Houthis attacks upon ships on the Red Sea
Market wise, this is already baked into the mix. Future economic impact by the current administrationâs tariffs are a much bigger factor upon the market valuations IMO.

There have been reports the US provided intelligence on Iran, to Israel, for a considerable period before Israelâs first strike. The US also moved Navy ships close to Israel to help shoot down Iranian missiles.
Now the UK is positioning itself to âdefendâ Israel.

I am just waiting for someone to say that this wouldnât have happened if we had strong leadership. Anyone? But the markets might go up on Monday because it looks like Iran does not have a good response and Russia told them they are on their own. It would be great if the ruling party in Iran was knocked out of power. Iran has a lot of smart people and could really prosper if they became a peaceful nation and stopped funding all the terror groups.

I think Bibi did what needed to be done. It was years in planning. The nuclear program was existential threat to Israel.
These are moments in history that are monumental but hopefully will be forgotten in a few years. Iran is a great country and a more natural ally of the west (as opposed to Pakistan).
Meanwhile next few months will be tough as China flexes and silently provides Iran with missiles. Doesnât look like Iron dome is standing up.

Not when Trump stuck us right in the middle of it. When the United States started shooting down missles, which he refused to do for Ukraine, we are now in the war.

Both countries have publicly spoken in support of Iran by strongly condemning Israel for its attack that has so far killed top personnel and hit defence systems, military targets and nuclear enrichment sites.
As Iran is weakened, both China and Russia lose a key partner that shares an interest to rage against what they see as US hegemony in the region.
Iran is the weakest link in the âAxis of Evilâ. Thus the US will peel Iran off & finish it as they did Libya once the former leader forsook nukes.
