I thought the US was not involved that this was Israel’s war. So how can the US peel Iran off if they are not involved? Is this going to be Israel doing all the work and then in the end, the very end, when Iran is bound and tied at the stake the TACO man will come in and do the deed?

They are not America. Trump is a fascist, the proud boys and 3K’s are racist and belong to Trump, I think they are deplorables. Who revels in other people losing their livelihood? Who revels in other people being hurt on J6? Who revels in innocent people being sent to a Maximum security prison in another country? People like that are deplorables also.

Yes the key with all nonpartisan non political employees (including armed forces) is convincing the politically appointed populist members to do what is in the country’s best interest. Indeed thats probably more than half the job and the headache. To that end convincing them, democrat or republican, that supporting a proxy war against iran or russia (see ukraine or israel) is ultimately in our best interest is a huge win for us with minimal risk. We should be celebrating regardless of what dumb political alliances we are suckers for. So currently ukraine is out of favor and now israel/iran is in favor. Ok whatever. We’re not throwing US troups at a random country for questionable gains. They have figured out how to work the current leader for the better.

The regime decapitation is in progress. Ali Khamenei is on the run in a bunker somewhere. That can create complications for a regime based on claims of divine authority.
Israel has not ruled out assassinating Khamenei though reports hint that US President Donald Trump had stopped Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu from targetting the Supreme Leader.
Israel is now eliminating second- and third-string leaders in military and intelligence affairs.
