USA still falling behind China in EV cars

So, there are lots of conversations that seem to hype up American electric cars and try to harken back to the days of when America actually had scientists and engineers. We do not anymore…the brain drain has been on for a long time, and we kinda kicked out all the smart foreigners.

China’s 16-in-1 electric drive hits 93.8% efficiency, sets energy world record

Why did the major car companies in America fail? They didn’t try to build better, they want to stay on gas, ice, and giant dude/bro trucks. Now we have this new drive train that sounds AMAZINGLY advanced. Not seeing this level of research anywhere in the US…and what about battery tech?

We need to get back to focusing on research, investment, innovation, etc. All the by words that some in this country say are wasteful. How many people attacked Presidents about their support of tech? Yeah, maybe some of it failed, but if you don’t support the process you will NEVER get the outcome. Instead we are just handing everthing over to possibly ded congressional critters, worrying about who’s buying RUMP watches, and finding out that backroom deals are getting us nowhere.
