I can’t wait for Washington State to spool up the Energy Efficiency Refund Program so that I can get my free heat pump HVAC system, water heater, and heat pump clothes dryer installed.

Then I’m going to plug the gas line.

There has to be a better way of doing it than just you plugging the line.

I’m pretty sure that when I call the utility to discontinue gas service, they’ll shut off the valve at the meter.
