Needs to up it to $10M minimum for someone to seriously consider it. Plus, for a billionaire, $10M is a rounding error.

It would be worth at least $1 Billion to folks like Zuckerberg or Musk, who stand to benefit greatly if the recovery of Russian Facebook members and preservation of US/Russian space station collaboration, respectively, can be achieved.
