Yes, they say that iPhone 8 pre-orders are much lower than both iPhone 6 and iPhone 7 pre-orders.

Apple is down a bit today on very high volume about problems with the new Apple Watch.
Good news for AMD and Blackberry (BBRY) - AMD and Tesla announced a deal to work on autonomous driving, and the same with Delphi and Blackberry for autonomous car security. (Delphi used to be the parts division of GM.)
The Watch.
Reportedly just a software issue. Nothing to do with the hardware. The watch not prioritising correctly what WiFi or 4g signal to connect to. Should be an easy fix.
Plus low pre-orders. Means all the chips are down whether or not they're apple suppliers. Such is the influence of apple.
Every time there's a new iPhone it's the same circus. Big hype, then it's officially announced what it's going to be, then big outcry at how uninnovative it is and noone is going to upgrade, stock sells off. Fast forward a few months and record sales.
