Crossing the 200dma is a popular trigger, but I have also seen plenty of situations where a stock dipped below it and then shot up again, so that by the time one got a buy signal again, it was past the point where one had sold it.

That’s almost exactly where I sold. Interesting. I sold because I thought it had lost way to much to be “nothing”.
