White Shoe Law Firm alerts Job Creators that Feds are coming for drip pricing and junk fees

Personally, when I encounter drip pricing or a junk fee, I immediately cancel the transaction and peg the company as a fraud.

Recently, I watched a video report on an inexpensive Toyota hatchback. There were three different “subscription” fees attached to the features of the car. Having watched the cost of Norton Anti-Virus pattern updates over the last 20 years, I know what happens to those “subscription” fees, whenever the “JCs” want to take more of their customer’s money, for the same service.

A “pro-growth” advocate will tell you, there are no such thing as “junk fees”, only “junk lawsuits” by people objecting to scummy business practices.
