Huh? NY may have lost state/city taxes on the salaries and bonuses of the individuals who managed the asset management companies (and the impact of money from salaries spent on homes, rent, groceries, etc.), but I doubt the trillion in assets they manage moved an inch. The trillion in managed assets are probably spread all over the planet, and still are.
